Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings are processed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide or Viator and the respective operator.
  • By completing a booking, you agree to GetYourGuide’s Terms & Conditions or Viator’s Terms & Conditions (linked at the foot of every viator.com page) and the operator’s policies.
  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by GetYourGuide or Viator.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by GetYourGuide or Viator and the operator and are shown on each listing before you pay.

To cancel or modify a booking: Contact GetYourGuide or Viator customer service directly using the details in your booking confirmation email.

Operator Responsibility

  • The operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Conducting the ride safely and as described
    • Providing licensed drivers, horses and equipment
    • Weather-related cancellations or modifications
    • Passenger safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or issues during the ride

  • In case of adverse weather, a city weather suspension, or safety concerns, the operator may cancel, reschedule or modify the ride. Refund or rescheduling options follow the cancellation terms shown on the listing.
